The culinary tradition of Emilia Romagna is revealed at Vinitaly 2014 in the memory of Federico Fellini

The food and wine culture of Emilia Romagna will be back starring at Vinitaly 2014 in Verona (from 6 to 9 April 2014), with the Enoteca Regionale Emilia Romagna. It will offer a rich program of events, tastings, meetings and workshops with the objective to promote and enhance the excellence of this territory, starting of course with wine. In the foreground even the traditional meats from Parma also, who are the protagonists of the Emilia appetizer.

Novelty of this edition of Vinitaly dedication to Federico Fellini, one of the greatest film directors of Italian author – winner of 5 Oscars – and witness of the traditions of Emilia Romagna.

Will be dedicated to the great director a selection of dishes chosen from those described in the book “A tavola con Fellini – Ricette da Oscar della sorella Maddalena”, written by Maddalena Fellini and re-edited , expanded in the introduction to his niece Francesca Fabbri Fellini, who will present volume during the days of the International Exhibition. A romantic culinary anecdotes and curiosities “amarcord” that traces of the great Fellini, teaching , step by step and with over 220 color photographs, the secrets of the true cuisine of Emilia.
