FURLOTTI & C. Srl with PLMA’S World Private Label at the starting line!


It’s going to start PLMA’S World Private Label, the international trade-show dedicated to private label products’ world, planned for the 21st – 22nd May 2019 in RAI Elicium. This event is organized by Private Label Manufacturers Association, a non-profit organization funded in 1979 for private label promotion, for facilities to producer members and for Amsterdam and Chicago trade-shows.

High record market shares are recorded in over 12 countries and now the private label represents the 40% of sales in six European countries, such as United Kingdom, German, Belgium and Portugal.

The theme of this year is “Listen to buzz”, referred to thousand conversations, which will take place between exhibitors and dealers during the event. The exhibition area covers 15 pavilions, divided into three halls: Europa hall for food, Holland hall for non-food and Park hall for both. About 2.700 companies, coming from 70 countries, exhibit at the trade-show, including national and regional pavilions. New pavilions are Israel, Dubai, Egypt, Latvia and South Africa. In particular, there are food and beverage, household and kitchen, and DIY products. Furthermore, the articles presented to PLMA reflect the latest consumer trends: bio, vegan, veggie, lactose free, sugar free, kosher and halal proposals. 15.000 visitors, coming from more than 120 nations, are attended: supermarket, hypermarket, discount, drugstore, department store, importer and exporters, producers, advisors, sales agents and packaging and design experts. Concentrated in two days, “The World of Private Label” is the most efficient and productive means, where it is possible to identify providers for your company’s private label.

Special attractions are PLMA’s Idea Supermarket®, PLMA’s New Product Expo and the presentation of the products awarded in the “International Salute to Excellence Awards”.
