It’s time to Festival del Prosciutto di Parma: from September 5th to 21st, and Parma and its sourroundings – 13 are the towns involved – celebrating with a rich calendar of events, not just food but also cultural, music and show, the King of Deli meats. The Festival, now in its seventeenth edition, represents a unique opportunity to learn the secrets and to taste the best Parma ham: a product unique for sweetness, a pleasure for the eyes and the palate, as well as the highest expression on the table of a land, its culture and its talent. With “Open Windows”, the festival also offers the opportunity to visit the production plants, to discover how the Prosciutto di Parma is manufactured.
The Festival has a special meaning for Furlotti & C., which signs Parma Hams with its plant “Furlotti Prosciutti Srl”: in 2013 this company has inherited the legacy of one of the first plant joined  to Consortium of Parma Ham. The Parma Ham of Furlotti & C. exported over in Europe but also in Brazil, Japan and Hong Kong, is considered worldwide for  its quality, authenticity and taste.
