“Jamón Serrano” is a Spanish ham made from the leg of lean pigs produced in Spain in the Natural volcanic Park of the Garrotxa – “sierra”, the typical hills of southern Spain with cool and dry weather, ideal for seasoning hams.

“Jamón Serrano” is a TSG, Traditional Speciality Guaranteed, as agreed by the European Community.

Jamón Serrano Furlotti & C. – available in 100g tray moved slice or interleaved – is characterized by delicate flavor. Irresistible in “bocadillos”, toast bread with tomatoes, olive oil, salt and few slices of Jamón added after toasting. This product is ideal also as a starter or appetizer in thin slices and accompanied by red wine or sangria.
