The Festival, now in its seventeenth edition, represents a unique opportunity to learn the secrets and to taste the best Parma ham: a product unique for sweetness, a pleasure for the eyes and the palate, as well as the highest expression on the table of a land, its culture and its talent. With “Open Windows”, the festival also offers the opportunity to visit the production plants, to discover how the Prosciutto di Parma is manufactured.
