FURLOTTI family grows!  The company has blown 50 candles and has celebrated his long career in the market with the acquisition of Ambrosalumi an ancient manufacturing plant in Langhirano which has now taken the name of Furlotti Prosciutti srl.
The plant, produce Parma Ham since 1963 and it is one of the first plants part of the Parma Ham Consortium.  The production is close to 80 thousand legs per year, the whole area is of 5,000 square meters (4.000 covered) in the heart of the production area of the King of hams. The factory is well maintained and  over the years has undergone major technological and structural interventions, which have allowed it to obtain a license for the export ham  as well as in Europe, also in Brazil, Hong Kong and Japan.
This manufacturing site joins the other three units Furlotti & C on the site of Medesano.

Then not only bacon!  Parma Ham will be proposed to the customers in Italy and abroad with “bone”, deboned and sliced: a unique product for its sweetness and softness.
